Precision Diamond tools with natural and synthetic diamonds.
For processing non-ferrous metals with exacting surface demands. Final processing of dense, highly-polished and sliding surfaces with mono- crystalline diamonds (MCD) or monocrystalline artificial diamonds (MCSD).
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) can frequently be used as a replacement for MCD. Cubical boron nitride (CBN) for dry processing of hardened ferrous products (45 – 65 HRC) and removing material from softer cast iron and grey cast iron materials.
CVD-DIA is a polycrystalline diamond substrate with a thickness of 0.5 mm. In contrast with the traditional PCD materials on the market it does not contain any metallic binder phase and is therefore harder with lower friction coefficients.
