 Diamonds can withstand even the highest pressures. We use this physical quality in our engraving and pressing diamonds. Diamond engraving tips, together with suitable machines, can even be used for inscribing hardened stamping punches. The head geometry is chosen in accordance with the penetration depth and letter width requested by the customer. Even high speeds are no problem for diamond tips.

The highly polished surfaces leave a shining face. Compared with many other methods of inscription, diamonds provide long lasting legible information on the respective work piece. The tools can be economically re-cut many times.If small diamonds are used in engraving diamonds, in the case of pressed diamonds stones of 1 to 2.5 carats can be used. Pressed diamonds are used to improve the surface RZ values after turning and cutting. The highly precise and finely polished diamond cone is driven over the surface to be smoothed. The material is compressed as little as possible. Even in the case of very hard materials, surface improvements can be achieved using this process. These tools are also repaired by our service. |
