 We have successfully been producing roller dressers for years. Rows of diamonds are baked into the circumference of these roller bodies at regular distances apart. The natural diamond tips used here are selected according to a special process and subjected to a special treatment, which to a large degree excludes the chance of the individual stones breaking.
A baked metal especially developed for these tools reliably encircles the diamonds until they are completely worn down. Although relatively small diamonds are used for these tools, they are able to cope with almost all problems provided the correct version is selected. After one row of diamonds has become blunt, by turning the roller further, new tips are used for dressing, thus ensuring clean and equal dressing. Sufficient cooling and a maximum feed of 0.02 - 0.03 mm increase the service life.
The roller dressers in version PR-8 and PR-12 are equipped with triangle diamonds and are ideal for dressing profiles. Depending on the profile to be attained, the dressing wheels can replace the more expensive ground profile diamonds. an den Schleifscheiben.
