Ground profile dressing tools have a radius with a precisely tested the profile and a high diamond quality which meets the increased demands.
Our accurate production department  operates with state -of-the-art machines and is additionally monitored by the most up-to-date optical equipment. We guarantee that the quality when constructing and repairing profile dressing diamonds  remains constant. Even for the most complicated grinding profiles, we design individual dressing diamonds.

Profile diamonds can be used for all grinding wheels (e.g. corundum,  special fused alumina, silicide carbide grain with ceramic and resinoid bond.

Schaudt, Fortuna and MSO profil diamonds are manufactured from 0,75-2,0 carat, Diaform und profiled diamonds in 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and 3/4 carat.
